Rather like your Sky TV, all of our Premium accounts are subscriptions, i.e. repeat billed and this is stated clearly in many places.

Benefits for the Customer

The main advantages for the customer are that with repeat billing, there is continuity of service. So you won’t need to keep entering your payment details.

The other advantage is that the customer can lock in at the original price they paid. When prices rise, you can carry on at the original price.

Other less obvious advantages are based around the fact that with a reliable source of regular income, the service provider has funds to reinvest back into the service. Recruitment of new members is so important, and makes the service better for everyone.

Why Do We Auto Renew

This is for a whole number of reasons which enable us to offer a better service.

Firstly, we assume that members join us with the intention of finding a partner. This rarely happens overnight, or even in a few weeks. It requires a sustained input of time, regular messaging, actually going on dates to meet people and perhaps regular events attendance. We want our members to have the best chance and we have little interest in selling you a short term one off membership, which would ultimately result in their being less active members and less successes. Along the way we are available to help you and offer personal advice on your profile and strategy should you need it. Given the huge opportunity the site offers, we assume that you will stay with us until you find someone special, although you can of course cancel at any time if you decide you want to take a break.

On the financial side, repeat billing enables us to have regular funds to re-invest in the service, to  recruit new members for everyone’s benefit, and to enable us to offer events discounts for loyal members who give us the commitment of upgrading. We believe overall this creates a much better service which has made us the leading British Asian site in terms of quality and number of members. Our service now results in at least one success story every day on average. Of course its no secret that it also allows us to make a profit which motivates us to work hard and to deliver more for you.  Its taken us 9 years to get to where we are today, and you can be part of it if you are happy to pay the relatively low fees.

Our prices are lower than the industry average and yet we offer amazing value. We have thousands of active members, and many new people joining every day. As a Premium member, on top of online dating, you are typically entitled to a generous 50% discount to our events for yourself and your friends, so you could very easily save more than the cost of membership as a bonus.  We run events in London and Birmingham and entertain over 300 people every month. How to Cancel Billing

Should you be considering ending your relationship with us, go to the Account Details section. Here there is a clear link to Cancel billing. Follow the steps until you get on screen confirmation that billing is cancelled.

We do not have any notice period and billing can be cancelled at any time prior to renewal.

Note: we do not cancel billing for members as this creates scope for errors and by cancelling online we are able, at times to set up special retention offers which we would otherwise be unable to present. If you cannot cancel online, you can cancel by writing to our registered offices by registered post with at least seven days notice in advance of the expiry date, to ensure that we have sufficient time to process requests.
