Here are our top three tips to make sure you stick to you goals:<\/p>\n
1) Write down your plans.\u00a0 The very act of writing them down proves you mean it.\u00a0 Write up a shopping list about all the qualities you are looking for in a partner, then set out a plan and timetable.\u00a0 I.e\u00a0 I will message five people each day for the next month.<\/p>\n
2) Make sure the goals are realistic and achievable.\u00a0 That means you are more likely to achieve them.\u00a0 So don’t aim to high or bite of more than you can chew.<\/p>\n
3) Tell your friends.\u00a0 If you discuss your plans then they can help.\u00a0 They’ll also be able to keep you motivated and focused.<\/p>\n
