Songs that have the same beats per minute as your heartbeat \u00a0( 120 -140 BPM) are your best choices if you want to maximise the effect. \u00a0Scientists have shown that this the pace most likely to make your feel positive and energised, so who are we to argue?<\/p>\n
So if you want to have better dates, why not download some of your favourites songs and try playing them before you head out the door? \u00a0 It might make a real difference and you won’t know until you try it. \u00a0Must make sure you don’t choose a song that has a bad memory association, or you could be doing more damage than good.<\/p>\n
