Apparently they close to creating drugs that would simulate the effects of falling in love.\u00a0\u00a0These\u00a0could be used to alter the brain&#8217;s emotion-controlling areas to\u00a0increase or\u00a0decrease feelings of attraction.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not the first time that the media has been fascinated by the idea of a &#8220;love potion.&#8221;\u00a0Pheramones have long been available but there is little evidence that they really work.
