I like to think that I'm a compassionate person who enjoys spending time with friends and family. I do go to the gym regularly and as much as I'm fully aware of how important exercise is, meditation is also an important aspect of my life. It helps me to relax and keeps me mentally grounded. I do make time for a good book or two. Spirituality means a lot to me and meditation runs nicely alongside that. Another pass time of mine is my art work, I like to think that I'm quite a creative person, someone who does not hesitate to use a brush on a canvas!
