Hey, Im Shriti - a fitness fanatic, and a big believer of making the most out of the lives that we have. I love spending time with my family and friends, trying out new restaurants, going on holidays (dont we all), and running my own business as a therapist.For the past 18 years Ive worked as a fitness trainer and more recently, started my own business as a therapist to help others find peace through reflexology and yoga.
