In aid of that, I have a strong work ethic, coupled with portions of playtime, which includes some robust workouts during the week. This is all counterbalanced with 80 minutes of meditation/yoga every morning (not bikram), which is the best inner recharge & cleanse you can give yourself at that time of day. I run a property & investment company (I'm self employed ) and it's all good fun.
I still write, record and produce music for various creative avenues such as T. V. , radio, film, art installations etc, as well as write articles for various outlets.
I was an extra in Johnny English. It was a fun filled week, and I met some interesting people. I've been approached to play other roles by film maker friends since then, but ill save that for another time.. ;-D

Profession: I own a property and investment company, run another one and also do consultancy work ( that's where the music and writing stuff comes into the picture). It's not as taxing as it sounds, as the really hard graft went in many moons ago. My work-life balance is great, which is a blessing.

Life's been an adventure so far, but it's a softer and warmer journey of love & laughter, when shared.

Put simply, I'm ultimately looking to get married and have a family of my own, with someone who wants to have children, watching them (and us) grow and change, as the seasons change with us.
