My hobbies include travelling - I like to get away around 4 times a year and love experiencing new places, people and cultures. I enjoy seeing new places and doing exciting things there such as diving etc... The world is an amazing place and I want to explore as much of it as I can.

I enjoy reading self-help and spiritual development books - my current reads are Anthony Robbins (Unlimited Power + Awaken the Giant Within), Deepak Chopra (The 7 Spiritual Laws of Success + many more) and Mahathma Gandhi (His Autobiography), Paulo Coelho (The Alchemist) and Robin Sharma (The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari).

I enjoy cycling, swimming and walking in nature. I enjoy a variety of music, movies and spending quality time with friends and family.

I am a 'Life Coach' and a Personal & Professional Development Consultant. I get a great deal of pleasure from helping/enabling others to live life to their full potential. I find that life is very rewarding when you are helping others.
