I'm a doctor working in psychiatry for the NHS in North West London.
I try my best to be kind, caring and sincere in my day to day life. Happiness and peace of mind in daily living are really important to me :). One of my main ambitions in life is to be be content and happy independent of circumstance i.e. irrespective of whatever has, is or is going to happen. It's something I've been working on for years and hope to never give up trying to achieve :).
My hobbies and interests include spirituality, Sikhi, mental health, volunteering, football, video games and entertaining my little niece and nephew (not sure if that last one counts!).

Profession: I work as part of a community team which helps old people suffering with severe mental illness.
