Overall, I believe that I have an honest, trustworthy and tolerant nature together with a decent sense of humour to match. I think that friendship is an important ingredient in any valid relationship and feel as though I’m capable of making a decent companion to anyone who shares my outlook and is willing to give me a chance.

In addition to the other interests listed on my profile, I enjoy socialising and conversing with others, cooking, keeping fit, playing the guitar, exploring the great outdoors and listening to a broad range of music. Before embarking on a career in teaching, I helped to care for my grandmother until she sadly passed away. I now work as a secondary maths teacher and I like to make the most of every day. The idea of a spontaneous approach to life really appeals to me- planning to excess can be very boring!
